Centro is a woman- and Latinx-owned fast-casual Mexican restaurant founded in 2018 by Jami Olson and chef Jose Alarcon in Minneapolis's Northeast Arts District, earning James Beard Foundation recognition for its vibrant, creative approach to Mexican food. The menu spans mole verde wings, fancy crunch wraps, enchiladas, and oysters, pairing bold flavors with a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Since its debut, Centro has expanded to multiple Twin Cities locations and its margarita has been named one of the best in the city by MSP Magazine.
