Cowgirl BBQ

Cowgirl BBQ traces its roots to the Cowgirl Hall of Fame Restaurant, a concept born in New York City on Valentine's Day 1988 to celebrate the culture of the American West through food. The Santa Fe location opened in June 1993 at 319 Guadalupe Street in a century-old building and has grown into a full city block operation featuring a billiard parlor, private party rooms, and one of Santa Fe's most popular outdoor patios. Cowboys and Indians magazine has called it the 'best barbecue west of the Mississippi,' and the restaurant has won multiple Best of Santa Fe awards from Santa Fe Reporter readers.
