Mayahuel

Mayahuel is a modern Mexican restaurant and agave bar in Houston's Autry Park development, led by chef Luis Robledo Richards — named Latin America's Best Pastry Chef by the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2019 — alongside the Culinary Khancepts group. The restaurant draws inspiration from Mexico City's dining culture, featuring heirloom corn masa ground daily, hand-cut ceviches, and an extensive cocktail program built exclusively around additive-free tequilas and mezcals. The name Mayahuel refers to the Mexica goddess of the maguey plant, the sacred source of both tequila and mezcal.
