Mott St is a Korean-American chef Edward Kim's feast-style Asian fusion restaurant at 1401 N Ashland Ave in Chicago, drawing inspiration from the night markets of Asia and Kim's Korean-American childhood. The restaurant has earned nine consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awards, a James Beard Award nomination for Best Chef: Great Lakes, and was named a Top 50 Best New Restaurant in America by Bon Appétit in 2014.
