Rosario's has anchored San Antonio's historic Southtown neighborhood since owner Lisa Wong rescued it from bankruptcy in 1992, building it into a 25,000-square-foot dining destination now operated by three generations of women. The restaurant has been repeatedly voted Best Mexican Restaurant in San Antonio and has been featured in national publications including Bon Appétit, the New York Times, and Texas Monthly.
