Sayulitas

Sayulitas is a family-owned Mexican and Filipino fusion taco shop founded in 2015 in San Diego, with roots in the owners' Mexican and Filipino heritage. The brand expanded to Las Vegas as its first out-of-state location, bringing oversized burritos and fusion creations like the Tocino Burrito — marinated sweet pork with guacamole, cheese, and fries — to the southern end of the Strip across from Mandalay Bay. Sayulitas now operates two Las Vegas locations alongside six San Diego outlets.
