Seis Kitchen began as a food truck in 2012 and has grown into a family-owned group of three Tucson restaurants serving regional Mexican cuisine prepared in a scratch kitchen using whole ingredients. The restaurant has been recognized by Bon Appétit, Time Out, and Phoenix New Times, and has won multiple Tucson Weekly and Arizona Daily Star Reader's Choice awards for best tacos, burritos, and locally owned restaurant. Seis operates in Tucson, a city designated the first UNESCO City of Gastronomy in the United States in 2015.
