Skillets in Salt Lake City grew from a popular food truck operated by owners Jorge and Will Garcia-Kesler into a full brick-and-mortar brunch restaurant at 282 E 900 South. The concept earned a Best of Utah Award for its signature breakfast burritos with a Venezuelan twist before opening its permanent location. The restaurant continues to blend American breakfast traditions with bold Venezuelan-inspired flavors in an indoor-outdoor setting.
