SpudToddos

SpudToddos is a West Jordan, Utah restaurant founded by Todd Loertscher, a Salt Lake City native who spent summers on his grandfather's Idaho farm and accumulated 25 years of restaurant industry experience. The concept is built around customizable loaded potatoes available in baked, mashed, fries, sweet fries, or hash brown form with a wide array of toppings. The restaurant also features a soda mix bar and extensive vegetarian and gluten-free options.
