Founded in 2009 by Charles Lew and Alex Kagianaris as a neighborhood pub that takes both craft beer and burgers seriously, Stout grinds its Stout Blend fresh in-house daily and pairs each build with one of 30 rotating taps. The Truffle Burger with brie, garlic-sauteed mushrooms, and truffle aioli is the crowd-favorite for date nights, while the Blue Cheese Burger with rosemary bacon and caramelized onions suits the craft beer crowd.
