Terry Blacks Barbecue

Terry Black's Barbecue was founded in Austin in 2014 by twin brothers Michael and Mark Black, grandchildren of Edgar Black Sr. who established Black's Barbecue in Lockhart, Texas in 1932. Located at 1003 Barton Springs Rd, the restaurant serves Central Texas-style brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, turkey, and sausage smoked for 12 to 14 hours using traditional methods. The Austin location is featured in the Michelin Guide Texas and has expanded to Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Waco, and Nashville.
