The Funky Taco

Born at the Boise Farmers Market in 2013 out of a converted 1961 Airstream, The Funky Taco now anchors Boise's restaurant row with a farm-to-table menu spanning Thai, Indian, Mexican, and Americana taco styles. The Thaico with Thai curry chicken and Asian slaw and the Piggy Stardust with Yucatan-style slow-roasted pork are the standouts. Omnivore, vegan, and vegetarian options are all treated with equal creativity.
