Tora Ramen

Tora Ramen is a follow-up restaurant from the owners of Tora Japanese Restaurant — Kenix Wong and Patrick Zhong — who opened it in Boston's Chinatown at 99 Harrison Ave after traveling to Tokyo to learn ramen craft. The tiny six-table shop, which opened during the COVID-19 pandemic as the city began to reopen, specializes in authentic tonkotsu and Tokyo-style ramen and operates on a cash-only basis. It has earned a 4.5-star TripAdvisor rating and is frequently cited among Boston's best ramen spots.

Ramen
