Via 313 Pizza

Via 313 Pizza was founded by brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt, Detroit natives who opened the concept on December 8, 2011, out of a small food trailer on East 6th Street in Austin, Texas, after Zane relocated during the Great Recession. Named for Detroit's 313 area code, Via 313 specializes in Detroit-style rectangular pizza baked in heavy steel pans that produce a crispy bottom crust with cheese extending to the edges and sauce ladled on top. The concept has grown to 25 full-service restaurants across Texas and Utah, and has been recognized by Food & Wine, Food Network, and Pizza Today as one of the best pizzas in America.
