Himalayan Kitchen

Himalayan Kitchen is a Nepali and Indian restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City founded in 2005, recognized as a dining staple of the city's culinary scene for two decades. The menu features hand-ground spice curries, house-made naan, tandoori grills, and organic Himalayan coffee, all prepared using traditional techniques by Nepali chefs. The restaurant earned enough community support to secure a city-backed expansion loan in 2025 to open a second Salt Lake City location.
