Opened in November 2010 by James Beard Award-winning chef Sean Brock, Husk Charleston was named Bon Appétit's Best New Restaurant in the U.S. in 2011 and is celebrated for its strict Southern-sourcing philosophy — if it doesn't come from the South, it doesn't come through the door. Set in a restored Victorian in historic downtown Charleston, the menu changes daily around heirloom ingredients including Carolina Gold rice, and signature dishes like glazed pig's ear lettuce wraps and Benton's bacon cornbread.
