Mābo is an eight-seat yakitori omakase restaurant in Dallas from Chef Masayuki 'Masa' Otaka, the former chef-owner of Teppo dubbed the 'Yakitori King of Dallas' by the Dallas Morning News. The $200-per-person tasting menu guides guests through courses ranging from Miyazaki A5 Wagyu to chicken hearts, all grilled over charcoal in a serene, minimalist setting in the Park Cities neighborhood. Mābo was named to Esquire's 2024 list of America's Best New Restaurants, the only North Texas restaurant to earn that distinction.
