Tatsu Dallas is an intimate omakase sushi restaurant opened in 2022 by Chef Tatsuya Sekiguchi inside the historic Continental Gin Building in Deep Ellum. A fourth-generation sushi master trained at Michelin-starred Sushi Yasuda in New York, Sekiguchi serves traditional Edomae-style nigiri to just 20 guests per seating. In 2024, Tatsu became the first and only restaurant in Dallas to earn a Michelin star.
