Rolling Smoke BBQ

Rolling Smoke BBQ was founded in Denver in 2014 by Terry Walsh, who launched the concept as a food truck after being laid off from a corporate career, drawing on his Oklahoma BBQ roots. Walsh and partner Wade Williams slow-smoke all meats over pecan wood, and the brand has grown to four locations across the Denver metro area.
