The Pie Pizzeria

The Pie Pizzeria was established in 1980 by the Palmer family in the basement beneath the University Pharmacy near the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. Entirely family-owned across six locations, it is a perennial top vote-getter in Utah pizza polls and has been cited as one of the best pizzerias in the nation, known for hand-rolled, hand-tossed dough and ingredients sliced fresh daily.
