
Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana
Founded by Brad Otton in 2005 and opened in downtown Salt Lake City in 2006, Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana was one of the first ten Vera Pizza Napoletana (VPN)-certified pizzerias in the United States. Otton trained as a pizzaiolo in Naples under renowned maestro Enzo Coccia, and the restaurant has earned Best Pizza honors from the Salt Lake Tribune and Salt Lake City Weekly.
