Willie Mae's NOLA

Willie Mae's NOLA is the downtown New Orleans location of the historic Willie Mae's Scotch House brand, opened at 898 Baronne Street in November 2024 while the fire-damaged original Tremé location on St. Ann Street undergoes rebuilding. The restaurant continues the legacy of founder Willie Mae Seaton, who established the original in 1957 and was awarded the James Beard Award for America's Classic Restaurant in 2005. Kerry Seaton Stewart, Seaton's great-granddaughter, carries on the celebrated fried chicken recipe alongside an expanded menu with modern cocktails.
